ADP Pay Expert/ADP Payroll
Time & Attendance
PAY RATE: $25/HOUR
HOURS: 9AM-5PM (OVERTIME ON AN "AS NEEDED" BASIS)
Volt Workforce Solutionsis seeking Payroll Coordinator with ADP experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity available with Our Client in Fairfield, NJ.
Position Overview:
This position will be covering a temporary going out on maternity leave; however, there is a good chance that this employee may not return. If the replacement Payroll Coordinator performs duties much better, then a Direct Hire spot will be offered.
Physical Requirements:The Payroll Coordinator will be performing a good deal of filing, so the position will require being on his/her feet and bending over.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Payroll Coordinator position include the following:
* Must possess Payroll experience with ADP Pay Expert and/or an older version of ADP Payroll
* Advanced experience with Excelrequired
* Must be experienced with Time & Attendance, since she/he will specifically be exporting Time & Attendance information
Soft Skills/Experience:
* Must ideally be a seasoned professional
* Must be dependable and organized
* Must also be team-oriented and able to take directions (i.e. flexible and happy to do the job, whatever the task may be)
* Ability to take on additional tasks and go the extra milerequired
