U V International, LLC(Cedar Knolls, NJ) an established and growing company is now hiring an experience and committed Customer Service/Traffic personnel to work for a firm with high standards and solid values. We provide extensive training, support and coaching for the selected candidates. Our Client markets are manufacturers of ferrous and non-ferrous components for industries such as pumps, valves, fire protection, mining, HVAC, etc.
Maintain current customer base; source and develop new revenue for the Company. This includes but is not limited to:
Customer Relationship Management- Face to face meetings with existing customers to maintain, develop, and expand the relationship; Meeting and exceeding sales goals of assigned to these accounts, and Managing the customer relationship for all areas of the company with these accounts.
New Business Development with current prospects in targeted industries with targeted products-
Initiate, Seek Out, and Develop New Prospects for our products and develop relationships for sales. Must be willing and able to do “cold calling” and grassroots development.
Expand Our Influence- Understand Company product offering and product expansion and develop and expand markets for our products.
To meet these responsibilities you must be self-motivated, dedicated to making things happen, and excellent at self-managing with time management.
This position requires 20- 35 % travel and the sales person is expected to be on the road for this amount of time calling on current accounts and developing new business
1) Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience, 1-2 years experience as B-to-B sales for industrial products.
3) Highly customer focused.
4) Ability to develop and execute sales plans
5) Highly organized and very effective time management skills.
6) Highly computer literate and uses sales database tracking programs.
7) Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong listening skills.
8) Successful track record in developing long term customer relationships.
9) Experience with CRM programs is preferred.
