DIRECTV is currently seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to join its New Orleans, LA team.
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing various processes within their satellite markets. This position will also monitor quality, training and day-to-day operations and report directly to the Branch Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Meets with clients on a regular basis to develop an on-going partnership.
* Conducts training utilizing the company's safety, quality, and customer service practices, policies, and standards.
* Promotes teamwork, the company's mission and operational goals.
* Ensures that all OSHA requirements are met and adhered to.
* Serves as back-up for the Branch Manager.

* Previous experience supervising teams preferred.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with maintenance support personnel to manage service of all account equipment
- Reduce driver turnover by utilizing JB Hunt's Driver Dedicated program

Qualifications
- 4 year degree with minimum G.P.A. of 2.7 or
- 3 years previous management/supervisory experience or
- 3 years experience with J.B. Hunt
- Willing and able to relocate within assigned region upon completion of training
- Must have great organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Willing to work flexible hours
