Autonomy Optimost is the market leader and innovator in Meaning Based
Marketing. We provide solutions that empower marketers to understand
their customers and optimize their online presence with a growing
portfolio of proprietary, industry leading products and a dynamic,
best-in-class services team. Our technology includes real-time AB and
multivariable testing, product recommendations, persona recognition and
segmentation and targeting, and allows companies to dynamically create
and test essentially limitless permutations of copy, offers, layouts,
etc., and then optimize based on actual performance.
We are currently seeking a Client Director to work directly with a
portfolio of accounts overseeing testing strategy and execution of
optimization programs on behalf of clients. In this role you are
responsible for working closely with existing clients to sustain and
build relationships, and to ensure positive ROI and education about the
full spectrum of Autonomy products. You will provide program management
and oversee all deliverables on behalf of the client, with a high level
of interaction with both the clients' management teams as well as their
IT groups. You must be passionate about online marketing, as well as an
exceptional communicator and presenter. This position requires a
background in software development or technical consulting. We are
looking for someone that wants to bridge the gap between technology and
relationship management.
Job Requirements:
. Minimum 4 - 6 years of account management experience in the technology space
. Bachelors of Science required from a top-tier university in a quantitative or technical discipline
. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
. Understanding of client business needs in the online channel, and online marketing or analytics experience
. Demonstrated experience juggling projects and clients with tight deadlines
. Solid knowledge in client -facing programming and understanding of web
technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and AJAX
required.
