Today's global consumers have many channel alternatives: stores, eCommerce, mobile commerce, social networks, interactive television, kiosks, vending machines, pop-up stores, contact centers, and catalogs. Non-store channels are growing roughly ten points faster than the store channel. Shopping is no longer a question of WHERE the consumer is shopping (which channel) but a question of HOW the consumer is shopping, as consumers are utilizing multiple channels to fulfill their shopping needs. Retailers now have to master Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Channel Operations across the enterprise to meet the needs of their customers. This requires enterprise-wide organization, process and systems transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Management Consultingprofessionals leverage Accenture's strengths to assist retailers in their Integrated Channels to Customer transformation journey
*
Determining customer needs in each country and the competitive requirements to be successful in their environments
*
Expertly advising customers on upgrading their Integrated Channels environments
*
Establishing and executing large scale, enterprise-wide transformation efforts
*
Understanding and leveraging relationships with retail solution providers to assist clients multi-channel approach to their organizations
*
Helping clients understand that cross-channel strategy is a strategic imperative in highly personalized retailing (Me-tailing)
*
Translating and conveying client business needs into tangible business and architectural solutions
*
Build relationships with CMO's, CIO's, and CEO's with key Retail client
*
Managing proposal and business development efforts
*
Identifying an industry's key cost and value drivers and explain their priority and influence on Accenture's clients
*
Articulating application and integration strategy and architecture point of view and thought leadership for business solutions
*
Identifying and establishing key value levers that clearly articulate the business case and return on investment for cross/multi-channel total cost of ownership metrcis for actual impacts of application implementation

Basic Qualifications
* 5 years of consulting experience
* 3 years of consulting or project management experience within eCommerce and Mobility strategies
* 3 years of retail industry consulting experience required
* Hands-on experience selling and delivering cross channel retail strategy
* Bachelor's Degree required
