We are seeking individuals for our Group Insurance Sales Trainee Program. The Sales Trainee positions will be located in Group Insurance Offices through out the country.
Accountabilities:

Participating in a comprehensive training program to develop skills and competencies to successfully sell Group Insurance products to brokers. Completing self-study, classroom training and on-site experience projects according to curriculum. Effectively contributing to classroom discussions. Participating in goal-setting and progress evaluation meetings.

Obtaining direct experience by working with seasoned sales representatives to market Group Insurance products to brokers and clients. Participating in sales calls and assists in designing insurance programs and preparing presentations. May rotate between Group Insurance sales offices as a required part of training.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external business customers to contribute to the attainment of sales quotas. Developing a high level of working knowledge about offered products.
Qualifications:

Ability to attain licensed agent/producer status within in 90 days of entry into the job
*
Ability to successfully achieve criteria of Sales Trainee Training Program
*
Bachelors degree or currently a Senior working towards degree
*
G.P.A of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred
*
Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
*
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period and a valid driver's license
*
Proficiency in operating a PC and related software and databases
*
Ability to relocate
