Title: Senior Manager - BPM Leader

This position is twofold: 1) leading operating person for BPM overseeing and acting as the administrator for support systems/platforms such as BPM Website, PowerSteering, Minitab, SharePoint, and PineSite, overseeing the work of two direct reports and 2) supporting BPM in improvement project work, either as project lead or providing analytical support to help drive process improvement and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Primary administrator of BPM Website, PowerSteering, Minitab, SharePoint, and PineSite, ensuring day-to-day operations and upgrades and testing and overseeing a staff of two
*
Vendor/partner management of TCS, PowerSteering, Minitab, SmartDraw, etc
*
Create and consolidate Monthly/Quarterly financial/operating metric performance, providing thought leadership by developing or enhancing BPM financial metrics.
*
Lead and/or support improvement efforts/projects. Working with BPM Master Black Belts, lead a project or a workstream of a larger project and/or provide deep analytical support.
Qualifications:
Required:
*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred
*
5 to 7 years of experience in progressively increasing leadership roles
*
Strong information technology acumen
*
Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
*
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt; Lean experience preferred
*
Proven track record of managing and successfully completing multiple Six Sigma projects
*
Project management experience
*
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
*
Proficiency with Minitab, Microsoft suite
