TS Large Corporate - Treasury Advisory Solutions
Serve as a Senior Advisor in the Treasury Services (TS) Large Corporate Advisory Solutions team where our aim is to drive client change by demonstrating thought-leadership and expertise around their key strategic priorities. Each Senior Advisor is responsible to identify, build and advance strategic discussions on Treasurers' key areas of interest, motivating clients to move business to the bank. Address key themes including treasury structuring, global receivables and payables optimization, systems connectivity, counterparty risk management and the impact of regulatory change. Partner with TS Sales and Corporate Bankers to create and close large revenue opportunities with top clients through client-focused solutioning. In partnership with marketing and team associates, they will package and scale our materials through cross-segment Sales training and awareness campaigns. A Senior Advisory will also promote J.P.Morgan's thought-leadership by speaking at industry conferences and client events.
Qualifications:
· Client-side Corporate or Consulting background of 5 years helping companies address cash management, global treasury or strategic risk management issues/challenges
· Client-focused individual that is entrepreneurial, has demonstrated leadership and a consultative sales background
· Experience working internationally or with a global team is highly-recommended
· Ability to tie together solution-based value propositions across broad client issues/themes
· Proven ability to develop strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and effectively execute initiatives
· Ability to be credible and effective at executive levels within J.P. Morgan and a client's organization
· Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
· Superior presentation and communication skills - can sell self and ideas
· Strong business, financial and analytical acumen
