The Digital & Contracts team is an operational finance group that supports the day-to-day functions of Turner s Digital Entertainment, Sports, Animation and News Ad Sales businesses. Individual will report to the Senior Director of Finance Expense, Digital & Contracts.Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:* Manage a team of three finance professionals. * Responsible for managing and executing the preparation, review and presentation of accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting supporting a significant number of revenue share deals, which includes:- reviewing contracts and providing feedback on deal terms- insuring a timely and auditable reporting process is established- insuring payments are made in a timely fashion. * Responsible for representing Finance and often Accounting interests in new Digital ventures such as new site launches, site migrations and Digital systems initiatives * Managing key internal controls processes, such as Quarterly Contract Catalog (which includes outreach/communications with Sales EVPs / SVPs), Annual Deal Letter Review and supporting 3rd party audits. * Develop processes for new & emerging businesses and systems, ensuring development of and compliance with key controls.
