As a seasoned employer the president of this site had used internet job boards with outstanding success. However one of the biggest concerns as an employer was that he found the best possible employee. This proved to be time consuming and frustrating as his eyes "glazed over" after reading about 20 resumes trying to guess if the employee matched the "facts" and abilities written. After the service (or lack of it) and the attitudes of the job board he had been using went downhill, he decided to start his own job board. There were a few rules that had to be followed with this board.
1 Keep it simple! Nobody likes to stumble around through a web site filled with a lot of ads and fancy graphics trying to find what they are looking for.
2 Provide a Win-Win Experience Everyone needs to walk away smiling!
