Duties and Responsibilities
* Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
* Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
* Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
* Can maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
* Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
* Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.
* Achieves 100% execution on assigned work.
* Assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections.
* Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
* Completes expense reports as per Company Policy.
* Prepares and submits all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.

The Healthcare Community Lender is responsible for processing, underwriting, and closing Community type loan requests within the assigned trade area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Process new and existing customer applications for EZ Line or Term loans and Malpractice loans, including requesting all necessary applications and financial information.
* Underwrite new and renewal credits by spreading financials, preparing ARS, loan offering and credit analysis to include cash flow and debt service analysis.
* Prepare due diligence/AML/BSA searches and files for customers.
* Monitor assigned loan portfolio for renewals, past due payments and/or general due diligence.
* Coordinate closings with the customer and branch network including the preparation of commitment letters and ordering of loan documents.
* Process funds for closing and prepare loan documentation for booking.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in order to access networks and prepare loan packages.
* Proper credit and mathematical skills to accurately prepare full credit approval package.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experience
* High School Diploma or GED with two years of banking experience, preferably in underwriting or related customer service.

Job Description
Monitors and ensures the safety and security of all employees, patients, visitors, as well as the building and equipment. Controls entrance into the Medical Center. Conducts foot and mobile patrols of the premises as assigned. Responds to emergencies as necessary. Performs courier service and also provides coverage in the Steeplechase Cancer Center as needed. 12 hour shifts. Must be available to work in a variable schedule including Saturday and Sunday nights.
Please note: if you are hired for this job you will be working in a direct patient care area, a Respiratory FIT test will be required. In order for this test to be performed, you are expected to be clean shaven for your appointment.
Job Requirements
