Premier Developer Consultant, .Net Development.
We are looking for only the very best .NET Developer Consultants to join our elite team, to take responsibility for guiding customers in the architecture, design and implementation of .NET applications leveraging Microsoft Development tools and technologies. We are actively seeking a Consultant with a passion for .NET application development. The successful candidate will work with our customers to empower organizations to innovate and gain competitive advantage through leveraging the .NET development platform framework. We have been successful at demonstrating the superiority of .NET and need skilled developers capable of furthering our growth in this space.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with or quickly learn advanced .NET architecture, design, coding, and debugging. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to develop a solution by mapping a customer''s business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. Each consulting engagement is customized to serve the client''s unique needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong understanding and experience with the .NET framework.
- Strong experience with the C# programming language and object-oriented programming
- Broad understanding and experience with Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft technologies
- Strong understanding and experience in at least one of the following areas:
o SharePoint development
o Developing database applications using SQL Server /Enterprise Framework development
o Use of Team Foundation Server (TFS) as part of an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process
o WPF/Silverlight
o WCF
o WF
o Web Applications using jQuery, ASP.NET MVC and HTML5
- Ability to diagnose and correct performance problems.
The successful candidate must have excellent technical communication skills (oral and written). He or she must possess the ability to clearly communicate throughout the organization along with excellent problem solving skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to serve a leadership role as part of team.
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience including expertise in enterprise architecture as well as infrastructure deployment and/or distributed system implementation. Travel is an integral part of this position as are high levels of recognition and visibility. Travel can be as high as 50% as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business.
