Friendly, dependable and responsible individual who demonstrates and reinforces leadership behaviors and basic people skills necesssary to gain commitment from crew and other shift managers. This position works with other store management to manage people, product, equipment, service and cleanliness during an assigned shift. Job duties include but are not limited to product ordering and scheduling and training others.
