Truck Driver - Team Owner Operator

This Team owner-operator truck driver position features $0.92 per mile loaded, 95% no-touch freight, 5,000-6,000 miles per week and flexible scheduling options. Run 2 weeks, then maximize your time at home based on your needs. Schneider gives you the support you need from a team who is invested in your success.

Eligible Applicants

Current owner-operators
Experienced truck drivers
Owners with multiple trucks

Compensation & Cost Savings
Full-time owner-operator team drivers are eligible for:

Up to $210,000 per year*
$0.92 per mile loaded (plus $0.15 performance bonus paid out quarterly)
$0.90 per mile empty
Fuel surcharge paid on empty and loaded miles
95% no touch freight
Paid orientation
An additional $100.00 per Hazmat load
Operating Centers - Drivers have 24-hour access to company facilities with free and safe parking, showers, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and cafeteria services.

*Based on experience

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent Class A driving experience
Hazmat endorsement reimbursement offered*
