A/C Certified Maintenance Technician! ORLANDO, FL

Are you a customer service focused Maintenance Technician that is A/C certified? If so, Property Staffing would like to speak to you. We are looking for a multi-tasker who is self motivated and organized to perform daily work orders. As a Maintenance Technician some of the duties would include-
· Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, and mechanical maintenance for multifamily properties.
· Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property. (Lighting, walkways, pool & cabana, fitness centers, storage units, parking & roads, landscape & irrigation, etc-?.
· Preparing units for move-in, including but not limited to, punch-out, painting, cleaning, and any other necessary work.
· Maintaining AC for all units and common areas.
Requirements/Skills:
Good customer service skills.
Self motivated, organized, with ability to multitask.
Ability to respond to emergency maintenance calls.
A/C Certification
Nice to have:
Bilingual Spanish/English skills
