Requirements and Competencies
* BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
* Previous wholesaler experience and/or experience working with wholesalers
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Effective communication, administrative and presentation skills
* Strong leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work and drive positive results in a team environment
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage the execution of national, regional and local market plans
* Sell-in and direct the implementation of A-B sales and marketing programs
* Work with wholesaler personnel to identify sales opportunities in the marketplace
* Lead and motivate wholesaler sales force
* Assist and monitor wholesaler compliance in accordance with the Wholesaler Equity Agreement
* Monitor and coordinate wholesaler and competitive pricing activities
