Receptionist for Property Management Co

We are a rapidly growing property management company who handles a lot of calls a day and we are looking for the right person to help direct those calls to the right staff members and help schedule appointments for our leasing agents. You would be handling a high call volume while working on the computer with scheduling appointments and filing as necessary and handling walk-ins as well. We would love someone who is good with people. Experience in Property Management is a plus but not necessary. We would prefer applicants with some experience in this type of receptionist position to demonstrate their ability to multitask and handle clients with efficiency. Also, with the right person they will have a great possibility of advancing in our company.
