Assistant Restaurant Manager Needed in Oklahoma City!

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager in the Oklahoma City area! This person should have an eye for finding talent, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
* 3+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
* High volume background; must have experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees and Management
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
