We currently have an immediate need for a General Manager at one of our restaurants in the Northwest Arkansas area! We''re seeking someone who has a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.Also, with no late nights, our Managers have some of the best quality of life in the business. With plans to open 100 new stores per year domestically, we have the best growth potential in the restaurant industry!
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of current Restaurant General Manager experience
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly staff
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
* Must have an upbeat and energetic personality
