Duties and Responsibilities
* Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
* Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
* Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
* Can maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.

* Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.
* Achieves 100% execution on assigned work.
* Assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections.
* Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.

* Prepares and submits all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.

Stanley Associates (wholly owned subsidiary of CGI Federal) is looking for a Cryptologic Curriculum Developer to work in our Pensacola, FL location. The successful candidate will be part of a team that develops various tactical cryptologic systems training courses for the US Navy. Duties include:
? Plan, analyze, design, develop, and implement curriculum for cryptologic courses including Basic Cryptologic Afloat Training (BCAT), Intermediate Cryptologic Afloat Training (ICAT), Non-morse Cryptologic Afloat Training (NCAT), Practical Signals Analysis Training (PSAT), and Communications Electronic Attack (COMMS EA).
? Attend IW/Cryptologic curriculum development In-Process Review meetings.
? Uses appropriate teaching methods that reinforce concepts and learning objectives.
? Uses mission-relevant role-playing techniques, case studies, performance-based exercises and testing methodologies to reinforce learning objectives.
? Adheres to Navy Education and Training (NETC) Navy Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) 130 Series guidance.
Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of naval cryptologic, naval intelligence, and/or Electronic Warfare (EW) operational experience with a minimum of one PCS surface or one airborne/subsurface Direct Support tour as a division officer or senior enlisted (E-7 or above) in one of the fields is required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of Twenty (20) years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Additional Requirements
? Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
? Possession of an ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance with a Special Clearance Investigation is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
? Must have knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community organization, structure, missions, and functions.
? Broad technical experience in the fields of communications intelligence, electronics intelligence, National Technical Mean (NTM) data and electronic warfare in an operational environment.
? In-depth technical understanding of one or more Information Operation systems (i.e., SSEE INC E, ACCES/D4, COBLU, SLQ-32(V), etc).
? Must have knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community organization, structure, missions, and functions.
? Proficiency in MS Office software tools to include MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Experience developing Instructor Led Training (ILT).
? Recent experience in basic cryptologic afloat operations, cryptologic operational requirements, target familiarization, cryptologic equipment capabilities, reporting, and understanding of the role of cryptology in support of maritime operations.
? Recent experience in advanced elements of afloat cryptologic operations, especially in littoral operations and order of battle (OOB) in projected areas of responsibility (AORs).
? Recent experience in employing current Navy afloat cryptologic systems to recognize, collect and analyze signals.
? Recent communications intelligence (COMINT) experience in a variety of PCS assignments to afloat units and Cryptologic Centers (CCs) ashore.
? Broad managerial and technical experience in the fields of COMINT, national systems/data flow in an operational environment.
? Must be conversant in current national intelligence system capabilities, intelligence data delivery architecture and Department of the Navy (DoN) force capabilities.
Preferred
? Fleet cryptologic systems instructor with prior experience in individual or fleet training delivery and/or qualification as a Navy Master Training Specialist is preferred.
? In-depth technical and managerial understanding of Maritime Cryptologic Systems of the 21st Century (MCS-21), SPLITROCK and AN/USQ-146 is preferred.
