Sr. Director Commercial Sales (Training)

POSITION SUMMARY: Senior Director of Commercial Sales - Development L&D, Comcast University (CU) will oversee the development of learning strategy and solutions for the Business Services Sales channel and serve as the liaison to business leaders for needs analyses, content development, and evaluation of L&D effectiveness work in collaboration with the senior leaders of CU for Commercial. Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy, this position is an impact role responsible for developing and implementing Go To Market launch plans, offer and promotion strategy, competitive tracking and deposition messaging and rapid response contingency planning.

There is high impact of the exam deployment quality control tasks performed in this position on the business interests of the company. Any error in completely and accurately verifying the build and functionality of each exam deployed to the field against standard checklists presents a possible litigious situation and a resulting risk to the company in terms of financial redress and harm to the company s standing in the industry.
The quality of tasks that support other aspects of the content development process could affect the timing and quality of the content development editor s tasks.
