A new Presby community, located in North Philadelphia, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician. This position is for16 hours per week.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the physical plant of the facility responding to repair needs, grounds keeping, emergency requirements, performing repairs, and participation in emergency procedures; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Basic Qualifications Experience: Six-months experience in any property maintenance trade including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, grounds upkeep, painting, and/or carpentry.
Education/Training: High school graduate or GED. Valid PA driver''s license.
Skill(s): Use of hand and power tools. Mechanical ability. Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills, interpersonal relations, and communication skills.
