The CNA II is responsible for administering direct patient care in a courteous, caring manner, and performing any other duties deemed necessary to ensure optimal patient care, under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse. The CNA II interacts with the unit staff members, patients, patient''s family members and other departments to ensure the comfort and safety for all patients on the unit.
Qualifications required: High School education or equivalent; completed a Nurse Aide I and II course; Current registration with the North Carolina Division of Facility Services; Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
