RN - Clinical Education Coordinator

**Description:**

**Providence is calling a RN - Clinical Education Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Rotating/Variable) to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.**

**In this position, you will:**

+ Foster a climate of life-long learning.

+ Promote organizational values.

+ Support creative and critical thinking and a climate that facilitates change, open communication, adult learning, collaborative relationships, and professional growth.

+ Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs for the orientation and work force development of staff within the Department of Nursing.

**Qualifications:**

**Required qualifications for this position include:**

+ Baccalaureate degree in nursing

+ Graduate degree (master or higher) in nursing or related field

+ Currentlicensure as a Registered Nurse by the Oregon State Board of Nursing

+ 5 years of current clinical and/or educational experience in nursing
