Title Field Service Technician
Description Apple certified technician for break-fix of MACs, printers, and associated peripherals.
MAC/PC Desktop configuration work including:
• desktop deployment
• application support
• desktop application and operating system support
• imaging services
Position Requirements 3 yrs experience
Preferred Mfg Certifications – Apple and Lenovo
Education Level / Years Experience – HS diploma with technical education or equivalent
experience with personal computers and desktop computing environment.
Minimum 3 years work experience in technical computing environment.
Hardware Certifications – Comptia A+, vendor certifications in Apple or as required by
assignment and/or customer location.
