Marketing Manager, Autonomous Database Cloud - N.A. Marketing

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

Seeking a*MarketingManager*to be a part of Oracle sAutonomous Database Cloud Solutionsmarketing team to help drive strategy, execution, and delivery of marketinggenerated pipeline commitments. This person will serve a critical role inhelping the North America Specialty Sales team achieve its growth goals.Position will have budget control and ownership and will be supported bycorporate, product, and other aligned resources. This role will interface andcollaborate with executive leadership in sales, sales consulting, productmarketing, product management and business development to develop, adapt, andexecute highly effective marketing programs and events that increase marketawareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales revenue inNorth America.
This marketing leader should understandmultiple personas and business segments, know how to design account basedstrategy plans, and be able to drive integrated marketing programs. This personwill also need to report weekly on campaign metrics and KPIs that track towardsquarterly goals.
Essentialfunctions include but may not be limited to:
* Influence marketing strategy for Oracle s IaaS/PaaS pillar, focused on ADB
* Build campaign strategy, value propositions and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content that drive results.
* Create content to support demand gen activities, including landing pages, webinars, blog posts, product demos, videos, etc
* Define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify - and adjust - appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and grow and close pipeline.
* Execute strategy for integrated digital, ABM, and event strategies.
* Align closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies and tactics meet business objectives.
* Budgeting and reporting - Proactively communicate the impact of overall marketing programs in terms of key performance goals (pipeline, opportunities generated, revenue) on a monthly, quarterly, FY basis.
* Bachelor s degree, MBA preferred.
* 6 years of experience working in B2B marketing.
* Execution oriented, creative, and able to bring innovative ideas of how to engage a fast paced, high growth market segment to build awareness and demand.
* Proven success (pipeline & revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital, events and ABM execution.
* Strong understanding of lead generation and flow within a B2B organization.
* Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.
* Writing experience: email marketing, directmarketing copy, and massaging product content into easy-to-understand benefits.
* Expertise in managing projects across various,regionally distributed teams.
* Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, Eloqua a plus.
* Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
* Other soft skills: execution oriented, customer-focused, goal-focused, self-starter, problem solver, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
