Engineering Services Director
Supports/Interfaces With:
Sales, Contractors, Internal and External Customers.
General Summary:
Circuit Design Specialists are responsible for designing and documenting the equipment and network required to successfully provide services to our customers.
Specific Job Duties:
. Design & Document fiber based circuits on both active and GPON networks
. Update records when changes are completed
. Ensure accuracy of plant records
. Creates circuit orders identifying field splices, and splitter installations
. Work with internal resources as well as contractors to answer questions regarding circuits
. Identify CPE equipment required to provide services
. Must be detail oriented
. Ability to create and follow processes
. Ability to consistently repeat activities
. Interact and clearly communicating with customers, vendors, contracts and co-workers
. Provide support to other team members.
Qualifications and Education:
. High School degree required. Two Year degree in IT or equivalent preferred. Associates or equivalent technical degree.
