This is a great opportunity for a culinary professional to further their career in one of the most beautiful locations in the world!  One Ski Hill Place, a 5 star Rock Resort property in Breckenridge, Colorado, is seeking a Cook III for the dinner shift.  Job responsibilities include:
* Help put away food orders when they arrive
* Prepping for dinner service
* Setting up line for dinner
* Cooking food to order in a timely manner
* Willing to learn and adapt to the chefs standards and maintaining a passion for cooking
* Willing and able to work all kitchen stations as needed
* Assist in keeping up with culinary brand standards as directed by chef
 
Requirements:
* High school diploma
* Culinary degree/certificate - preferred
* Colorado drivers license
* Colorado food handlers permit
* Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish - preferred
* At least 1 year fine dining experience
* At least 2 years experience as line cook - preferred
* Previous hotel food and beverage experience
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
 
Compensation: $11.94/hour
