We seek a highly motivated Program Chair to meet the needs of our growing student population. If you have a bachelor degree or higher, CMA or RMA certification and at least 4 years experience in Clinical Medical Assisting, we are interested in learning more about you.
POSITION PURPOSE
The program chair manages all program-related functions to ensure delivery of curriculum and to promote student success. The program chair serves as the primary contact for students and faculty by maintaining a high level of visibility and actively soliciting input to promote a positive learning environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include recruiting and managing program faculty, developing master schedule, managing program-related equipment and supplies, participating in curriculum development, overseeing delivery and assessment of instruction including externships, managing student issues, and teaching medical assisting classes as needed.
