Billing Specialist to join fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a growing, multi-national company. Positon is in the financial department of the Corporate Headquarters in Salt Lake City UT.
Requirements:
? Experience in a service industry a strong plus
? Experience and education in general accounting, financial analysis, accounts receivable, billing and collections.
? Solid technical accounting, and problem solving skills.
? Solid organizational skills and Accute attention to detail.
? Analytical approach, and excellent communication skills.
? Strong Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, and other spreadsheet experience
? Must be able to hit the ground running and be able to learn new tasks quickly
Duties: ? Billing and accounts receivable duties;
? Unbilled revenue
? Complex invoicing, billing and collections;
? Work with large complex Excel spreadsheets and tables
Qualifications: ? Associate s degree in accounting preferred.

Performs routine phone interaction for consumer side requests of Client Inc. telephone callers. Duties and assignments are well defined with minimal interpretation, judgment or discretionary action. Supports/interacts with general public in representation of Client and works with a team to achieve business objectives. Performs duties such as receiving incoming telephone calls, answering routine e-mail requests, and mortgage based questions using well defined script. Keeps records of each call, compiles notes, and processes documents of a routine nature.
Eligibility for employment:

Job Description
Summary: The Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the Treasury team by assisting in the process of closing and maintaining multiple real estate loans. The incumbent will work with issues dealing with commercial real estate loan documentation, loan closings, debt tracking, hedging documentation, and bank relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Create spreadsheets used for NOI calculations and loan sizing
* Maintain lists of bank and loan information
* Maintain loan and hedging files
* Order flood certificates
* Coordinate due diligence status with the legal department
* Schedule property inspections
* Compile loan information for presentations
* Download property performance reports and send to lenders
* Respond to bank and appraiser data requests and questions
* Track appraisal results
Job Requirements
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: Minimum five years of full-time work experience in a related real estate, financial, banking or loan field. Professional degree helpful.
Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents. Ability to write routine reports and participate in internal and lender discussions.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, interest costs, percentages. Ability to use concepts of financial statements and algebra.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables in changing situations. Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Retail Sales Merchandiser and Product Counselor

The Merchandiser and Counselor (M&C) is responsible for providing world-class store service to our retail partners. This includes merchandising Scotts products in the partner stores, in-store selling to and counseling with consumers and retail customers, executing store sets and constructing promotional materials. Selling to and counseling with consumers responsibilities consist of understanding and seeking out consumers needs, and then filling the consumers needs with Scotts products. Merchandisers and Counselors also influence and educate retail customers on the selection and use of Scotts products as appropriate. This role works closely with the Sales Manager and store personnel to provide input and feedback on sales related issues, opportunities and inventory needs.
Job Responsibilities
*
Merchandise Scotts products by executing seasonal resets; restocking shelves, racks, and displays; cleaning and facing product; repairing or removing damaged items; re-labeling grass seed and other products.
*
Install and maintain point of purchase materials.
*
Initiate interactions with consumers in stores to understand their needs and fill their needs with Scotts products. Provide recommendations and product knowledge to both consumers and retail customer associates.
*
Assemble fixtures and in-store displays.
*
Conduct consumer counseling sessions including lawn and garden educational clinics, promotional events and in-aisle consumer education as needed. Fill consumer needs with Scotts products
*
Complete all required reports in a timely and accurate manner. (e.g. time sheets, surveys etc.)

Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment and report incidents to Safety/Management in a timely fashion.
