Job Summary
3M HIS is currently seeking a web developer with database experience to work on our flagship product within the Healthcare Coding & Billing arena, specifically software for major healthcare facilities throughout the world. This product offering is at the forefront of the Federal Healthcare Reform and we are seeking skills and experience in JavaScript and web application development with. Some of the other duties will include the following:
· Database experience with SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers, referential constraints, and query optimization
· Software design, coding, and debugging the Coding and Reimbursement System.
· Apply Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and principles in software design and development.
· Work with other software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems.
· Adhere to team design and coding procedures and standards.
· Interact with customers to resolve operational problems and determine customer requirements.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor''s Degree
· Minimum 3 years experience developing browser-based applications
· Minimum 3 years relational database development experience
· Minimum 3 years combined experience in Web Services standards and coding
· Minimum 3 years experience with HTML and JavaScript
· Minimum 3 years experience with C/C
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science
· Minimum 3 years experience with C#
· Experience in user interface design and human factors
· Strong communication skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, development environments and tools.
