BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US - Sr. Manager, Change Management

An excellent career opportunity currently exists for the Sr. Manager, Change Management. The Sr. Manager, Change Management will create and implement change management strategies that maximize co-worker's adoption of change including SAP, acquisition integration and other company initiatives. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Manages human organizational risk to the organization.

What You'll be Responsible For

Creates and maintains the organizational change management plan

Works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes

Provides direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions

Supports project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans

Works with the communication team to supports the design, development, delivery of communications

Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders

Works with the training team to provide input, document requirements, and support in the design and delivery of change management training programs, and may participate in the training of end users

Identifies and analyzes human and organizational risk and prepares risk mitigation plans/tactics

Creates actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan (creates and maintains the OCM plan), sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan

Supports organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress

Facilitates OCM activities as necessary (e.g. job impact / gap analysis workshops )

Additional duties as required

Up to 30% travel is possible

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social sciences or equivalent field, or equivalent experience

5 - 8 or more years' experience in assisting businesses to navigate through change when it impacts employees

Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent active listening skills

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in organization development, or equivalent experience

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Must function well in a team environment and be able to function productively within an ambiguous work environment
