Job Description
1. Super Outgoing
90% of the job is doing cold calls outside of the office to promote urgent care and grow our occupational medicine business by selling our services to potential users.
2. Time Management
You must be able to manage your time wisely and be willing to put in as many hours per week as needed. This is not a job for someone who simply wants to punch a time clock and earn a paycheck. It is a job for someone who wants to own their position and grow the business.
3. Outside Sales
If you''ve never wanted a career in outside sales, this position isn''t for you.
If you love doing outside sales, meeting people, and helping them learn how the services you have to offer are beneficial for them, this position could be a perfect fit.
4. Self Starter

If, after completing training and reviewing a marketing plan, you''re the type of person who can run with it and find new and even better ways of doing things on your own, you''ll thrive.

8. Ability to Develop Strategic Sales Planning
While a basic company marketing plan will be provided for you, along with access to all of the training materials and resources we have, it is your job to develop a strategic sales plan for your territory to ensure you reach your goals for both new patient numbers and for occupational medicine numbers.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build professional relationships with Small Business Owners, HR Directors, Safety Managers
-Maintain sales objectives & follow marketing plan
-Penetrate the market and gain market share
-Grow the business
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
B2B Marketing
Main Activities:
-Visits doctors, offices, hospitals, pharmacies, imaging centers and other referral sources in the area to develop business relationships.
-Visits area businesses to promote clinic and occupational medicine programs to HR Departments and employees.
-Goes door-to-door in new neighborhoods to let people know the clinic is now established and seeing patients.
Community Involvement
Main Activities:
-Active member of the local Chamber of Commerce by attending all Chamber functions to build a strong network
-Member of at least one community civic club
-Attends health fairs and community events and festivals
-Make presentations with Klondike at daycares, elementary schools
-Promote business at area sporting events
Distribute Marketing Collateral
Main Activities:
-Ensure direction brochures are stocked at all hotel kiosks in town on a monthly basis.
-Order promotional materials and keep inventory of materials on hand.
Manage Marketing Suppliers
Main Activities:
-Negotiates with media agents to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.
-Edits materials according to specific market requirements.
-Develops promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
