Job Description
Insurance Policy Administrator. Job duties will include the following:
Reviews and distributes incoming correspondence, endorsements, cancellations, and quotes to the appropriate team members. Files documents in document management system. Mails and records non-renewal notices and automatic-renewal notices. Manage various correspondence and maintain database. Tracking certification of agents, follow-up with agents regarding ceritifications. Obtain information from companies to ensure completeness of information and to prepare claim forms. Prepares reports and insurance claim information. Must have excellent attention to detail and be self motivated. Past experience in insurance industry preferred. Must have strong computer skills and ability to multi-task.
8am-5pm Mon-Friday
Up to $11/hr DOE.
