Prospective candidates will be required to interview on-site at their own expense**Description:One of TEKsystems' newest clients is looking for a talented business systems/data analyst to work on a variety of IT projects aimed at creating more efficient business processes and better serving customers. In this position, you will analyze complex business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve them; gather data and customer determine needs; define business system objectives and scope; and, design and implement solutions. You will work extensively with our client's proprietary laboratory information system and customer web portal, enhancing both the front-end and back-end aspects of these applications. Your time will be split between understanding business problems and designing solutions; writing specifications for an offshore development team; performing user acceptance testing of software changes; analyzing data; troubleshooting escalated laboratory information incidents, and developing database queries/procedures/integrations and reports. Microsoft SQL Server expert (Transact SQL, SSIS/DTS)3. Crystal Reports and/or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)4. Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, C#, and ASP.NET 5. Experience gathering requirements and writing detailed functional specifications6. EXTREMELY quick learner!7. Able to manage complexity and prioritize work in a very dynamic environment8.
