With three locations open and half a dozen on the books for 2013, we are aggressively looking for Managers eager to take the next step in their careers. At the moment, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our location in the Anaheim Hills area! This person should have an eye for talent, abundant energy, and strong work ethic.
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
* High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
* Extensive experience with Training and New Store Openings a huge plus
