Essential Functions

o Monitors and follows all safety preventive measures and practices.
o Required to follow all quality guidelines and checks including first piece, last piece and in-process inspections.
o Must be capable of understanding how to prioritize orders and rotating job functions to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
o Required to use computer programs to assist in recording data, labor reporting, making labels, prioritizing orders, printing ship-sets, etc.
o Able to operate all Eagle Cell equipment:
o Automated and Manual Crimpers
o Cap Assembly
o O-ring Assembly
o Packing and Labeling Systems
o Able to read drawings.
o Able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments (i.e.: micrometers, calipers, scales, etc.)
o Ability to identify, analyze and evaluate machine and material problems.
o Reports necessary machine repair problems to maintenance.
o Actively participates in department process team activities and projects.
o Able to interact with Production and Inventory Control (P&IC), Engineering, Quality, and other plant operations at all times.
o Promote positive teamwork.
o Able to foster professionalism with all associates, internal and external customers.
o Assists department manager with continuous improvement efforts.
o Performs other duties assigned by Leader, Value Stream Team Leader (Supervisor), and/or Department manager.


o Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
o Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
o Must be able to lift using both hands up to 30 pounds, frequently.
o Standing and walking frequently is required.
o Some finger dexterity required
o Basic computer literacy required.
