Customer Service Representative is responsible for obtaining and accurately entering into the computer system updated demographics and insurance information with proper coding along with receiving required documentation from the patient. The CSR is responsible for the overall management of the mobile registration, admission and discharge process. The CSR is responsible for compiling charges, obtaining required information from the patient and for Point of Service Billing. The CSR is also responsible for taking patient valuables and insuring that they are secured properly.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive attitude with good Customer Service and communication skills. The CSR is required to be a certified notary and is responsible for notarizing legal documents for patients and staff. The CSR is responsible for completing and reviewing financial information, collecting deposits or co-pays and co-insurance amounts from patients. The CSR may be asked to perform various duties within the Admitting Department, which include pre-authorization services, LMRP verifications, return mail corrections, receptionist duties, and daily reports.
* One-year experience in hospital admitting or Doctors office required.
* Must have excellent customer service.
* Must be able to type 25 WPM (test will be given).

Teller 1
Entry-level position: Receives formal training and begins to handle face-to-face banking transactions in a branch, including but not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and balancing. Incumbent is trained to identify types of financial needs in order to help clients, and may make referrals where appropriate.
Minimum Requirements: Previous work-related experience involving face-to-face interactions with clients and the handling of cash or payment transactions. Basic math and numeric sequencing aptitude. Willing and able to follow instructions and work under established guidelines.
Teller 2
Demonstrates mastery of basic teller transaction and balancing duties. Consistently follows defined procedures for bank operations and client service, including consistent practice of behaviors that contribute to the Exceptional Branch and Exceptional Client Experiences. Possesses a broader knowledge of banking policies and procedures. Develops expertise in all types of branch transactions including, but not limited to foreign exchange, night deposits, ATM balancing and more in-depth system knowledge. Incumbents in this position are trained and rewarded for identifying client needs and making appropriate referrals.
Minimum Requirements: Mastery of the SunTrust Teller I duties or six months of Teller Service at a comparable financial institution or retail service and sales experience. Must have cash handling or payment transactions and client facing experience. Basic math and numeric sequencing aptitude. Willing and able to follow instructions and work under established guidelines.
Preferred Requirements: One year of experience as a Teller and/or completion of Core and Intermediate STU Curriculum Training as well as any corresponding Teller coursework. Demonstrated ability to uncover referral opportunities. Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions.

Perform basic, advanced and complex Teller transactions. Perform basic client service functions such as stop payments, research requests, Safe Box access, etc. Consistently follows defined procedures for bank operations and client service behaviors that contribute to the Exceptional Branch and Exceptional Client Experiences. Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention. Mentors other Tellers on client service and transactional functions. Ability to identify client needs and make referrals when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements: One year experience as a Teller at SunTrust Bank, or one year experience at a comparable financial institution, or extensive retail service and sales experience. Must have cash handling or payment transactions and client facing experience. Basic math and numeric sequencing aptitude. Willing and able to follow instructions and work under established guidelines.
