Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Job Duties
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as facility's established nursing care policies, practices and procedures.  They report to the Charge Nurse or other Nursing Supervisor.
PT 16 HOURS 3P-11P
Certificates & Licenses
Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation.  CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Skills & Abilities
Must have the ability to learn and operate proprietary software used in the management and delivery of CNA care to residents.
Candidates must possess the ability to communicate with residents and other facility staff.  They must be able to speak, write, read and follow instructions in English, and successfully pass a criminal background check as well as pass any state-specific abuse/fraud registry check.Required ExperienceOne year geriatric care experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.Required EducationMust be a graduate of a state-approved CNA program.Other Job Details
