U.S. Anesthesia Partners - Texas, is actively recruiting additional CRNA's to join their Arlington Division. The position is primarily day shift which would be M-F, and the cases would be primarily general, OB, GYN, GI, eyes, and possibly some routine spine cases like laminectomy. There is currently no cardiothoracic or intracranial for the CRNAs but that could change eventually. Primary work location would be at Arlington Memorial. There is currently no call but could be later on in the future. Salary is hourly and it is dependent on years of experience. To ensure our CRNA perspectives and expertise are shared across the company, USAP's CRNA Advisory Committees provide an opportunity for CRNAs to have a voice in local practices and develop clinical and personal relationships across the USAP CRNA community. Qualifications




JOB REQUIREMENTS(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):






+ Graduation from an accredited graduate school of nurse anesthesia.


+ Pass a national certification examination following graduation.


+ Knowledge of Pinnacle and hospital organization policies, procedures and systems.


+ Knowledge of medical practice and care to assist in giving patient care.


+ Knowledge of medical equipment, medications and instruments.


+ Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.


+ Skill in assisting in a variety of treatments and settings.


+ Skill in verbal and written communication and maintaining records.


+ Skill in gathering and reporting information.


+ Ability to work effectively and independently with hospital personnel, physicians and patients.


+ Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.


+ Must have a pleasant disposition and high tolerance level.
