Qualifications:
Requirements:
·Formal degree in computer science OR database experience (Bachelors or Masters Degree)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A true passion for technology
· Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to write SQL code with knowledge of database design, and data modeling
· Ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment
· Demonstration of self-leadership in an setting where processes and work instructions may or may not exist
· Skillful in relating complex issues to non-technical team members
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced knowledge of computers/systems required including Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Excel, and Outlook. SharePoint experience is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree with focused study in computer science, database design, information technology/ information systems, or related experience
