Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assistance in the daily maintenance of the Patterson Technology Center's desktop, laptop, computer network, servers and other infrastructure. Duties include various hardware and other IT related duties such as incident response and assisting with problem resolution. This position is to introduce someone into the real world of IT through a controlled, well-rounded, but entry level exposure into Patterson IT.
Major Duties:
* Assist all areas with their daily incident responses
* Assist all areas with entry level operational fulfillment of request
* Assist all areas with entry level projects
* Assist/complete basic research projects
* Additional special projects assigned by the Internal Technology Manager
Qualifications:
* Must be working towards a College degree in the area of IT Administration
* Must have good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
* Must have a consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards
* Very detail orientated and organized
