Quality Inspector
TECHSTAFF has an immediate need for a Quality Inspector for our south-of Chicago, IL area client. This position encompasses day to day inspection of raw material, in-process inspection, and final inspection of welded and machined fabrications. The candidate must possess a working knowledge of basic measurement techniques, blue print reading and geometric tolerancing. Typical tools include calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines and laser inspection devises. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and possess a high degree of accuracy. Must have good written and oral communication skills. A minimum of five years of manufacturing experience and an AAS degree or similar education is desired. Shift flexibility is desired.
