As an EP Segment Specialist, you will be responsible for selling complex technical products and/or services. Create/build a market for GE Electrophysiology within your territory, understand customer needs and position a complete solution to drive orders and sales. Also responsible for the coordination/management of other sales resources to support sales of the company's products, and called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions.
Essential Responsibilities . Must be able to lead a team of Interventional Account Specialists to gain visibility to the EP market and grow share.
. Able to act as a product, market and competitive expert to identify opportunities and position GE solutions to meet customer needs.
. Clearly define the EP market within your territory and compile lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary.
. Work closely with sales leaders, sales representatives and industry partners to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
. Provide training to all sales team members on market trends, competition, strategy and product offerings
. Providing pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities
. Backlog management - Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company''s production and delivery schedules
. Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report
. Will be responsible for delivering an annual operating plan of EP Segment orders / sales that includes EP Xray, Invasive Monitoring and ICE.
. Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company
. Teritory covers: All of FL, Part of AL, MS and LA
Qualifications/Requirements . Demonstrated experience and success within the Electrophysiology market, including but not limited to EP Xray, Recording and Devices. Must understand clinical procedures and trends within EP.
· Bachelors Degree or minimum 5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Able to travel
· Valid motor vehicle license
Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
