Description: To assist all guests with the check in/out process in an efficient and professional manner.
Duties: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel in addition to posting charges to guest rooms and verifying credit cards. The Agent also acts as a liason for all other departments within the resort to assist in distributing accurate information to guests in addition to rectifying any questions or concerns. Hours are primarily 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidate must be able to multi-task, have computer knowledge and strong guest service experience and abilities. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of SMS system preferred.
