Right now, we are seeking a Sales Support Specialist:
Supports tracking of the complete sales cycle, from initial lead through to activation and follows up with other groups involved in this cycle to assist in the delivery on the sales pipeline. Acting as a primary contact for prospective and new agent locations to maximize customer service levels while resolving unique and sometimes complex issues in a timely manner by liaising with key teams in the business.
* Bachelor''s degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience
* Experience in client services and administration a plus and individual must have professional telephone manner
* Spanish language is desired
