Expected Areas of Competence and Responsibility
. Understands Information Delivery: Develop and maintain awareness of industry trends, best-practices, and evolving reporting and analytics technologies in Business Intelligence in order to introduce innovation and ensure cost-effectiveness of MJN's standards and strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external BI experts and specialists (solution architects, business analysts, external solutions providers) to provide technical guidance, continuously evolving MJN Information Delivery knowledge, expertise and capabilities

Identifies and recommends service improvement initiatives that maintain an environment where team members understand and are committed to providing exceptional, value-added service to internal and external customers. Looks continuously for opportunities to improve service and quality in partnership with service providers.
. Provide support to Mead Johnson Power Users on the Business Objects Suite of tools along with training to Mead Johnson Business Analysts on the Business Objects Suite of tools.
. Awareness: Identifies and leverages synergies with other teams and projects.
. Develop and maintain an understanding of MJN SAP business scope and analyze MJN report data requirements; work with BW and Oracle teams to research available data sources; design, develop and enhance universes; produce supporting documentation and test scripts.
. Quality: Deliver high quality results in support of new project initiatives as well as the day-to-day maintenance, support and enhancement of the existing SAP BOBJ environment.
? Drive standardization of SAP BusinessObjects solutions. Work closely with external Service Provider and other partners in solution design and delivery to ensure best practices and standards are followed. Driving quality and broad business use of solution.
? Partner with Master Data Governance team to ensure data and BOBJ solutions enable a high level of confidence in our data and enable business decisions based on consistent high-quality information.
. Develop and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Universes integrated with SAP BW and Oracle databases.
. Participate in the upgrade of BusinessObjects to 4.x, including migrating existing Universes and assisting business clients with report migration.
. Adhere to MJN operational policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.

. Understanding of KPIs and Metrics for manufacturing performance measurement.
Knowledge Desired
. Bachelor's degree in an IT or related field
. 1 to 3 years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects solution delivery; experience with SAP BEx is preferred
. Understanding of the technology, trends, and techniques in the IT industry.
. Global experience dealing with challenges of diverse cultures, time zones, travel and communications.
. Awareness of the health care industry is beneficial.
. Experience working in a highly validated environment is preferred.
. Knowledgeable of Business Intelligence/Information Delivery best practices.
. Knowledge of various SAP solutions and modules (HR, MM, PP, SD, FI-CO, WM, SRM, PLM, etc.) is preferred
