Customer Service Representative

Kforce is looking for people to take inbound phone calls and document caller information using a script; perform outbound calls to obtain medical information from providers for an Evansville, Indiana client and perform administrative system work related to disability claims. The exact hours of the shifts are yet to be determined and may change throughout the course of the assignment. Consistently complete all intake processes and maintain clear and accurate claim documentation. Support the achievement of Virtual Call Center metrics as reported on a monthly basis. Work across boundaries to identify, share, and utilize available resources. Maintain positive customer relationships with external constituents while managing expectations including timely resolution of inquiries. Actively identify and implement process efficiencies to increase productivity. You must be flexible with scheduling; the position is 40 hours a week Mon-Friday. Training is 4 weeks Mon-Fri. The class starts 2-7-13.
