Job Responsibilities: All aspects of HR reporting and recordkeeping, including employee personnel files, training records, and medical applications. Person in this position will be administrating drug test, scheduling employees for training classes, testing, and evaluating. This person will be responsible for encoding all necessary records and reports. Must maintain regulatory compliance with all labor law agencies. Any additional duties management assigns to this person.
Salary: Commensurate with amount of experience and education. This will be an hourly position. Pay range is $12 – 16 per hour, 40+ hours per week. Some overtime required.
Educational Requirements: Would like someone with a 4 year college degree, but not mandatory
Experience: Prior experience in HR, Safety or administrative responsibilities.
