Title: SAP Associate Security Administrator

The SAP Associate Security Administrator will be responsible for supporting Mead Johnson's SAP security model to deliver against business needs while complying with applicable internal and external standards. The SAP Security Administrator's main focus will be SAP role maintenance, but will also have some responsibilities for FireFighter ID administration, user termination activities, user role assignment, audit support and issue resolution.
Maintains SAP security roles in compliance with standards.
Completes user role assignments for BOBJ and BPC systems.
Supports termination processes by removing SAP access from terminated users in a timely manner.
Makes minor updates to GRC workflows to support business needs.
Reviews SAP security incidents on a daily basis to identify and resolve user access issues and works with end users to identify and address access issues related to role design and security authorizations.
Generates periodic reports to assess SAP security health such as inappropriate access.
Maintains non-routine IDs including OSS and FireFighter IDs and test IDs.
Provides timely support during all compliance audits by extracting security data from SAP or other systems, participating in meetings with auditors, and assuring evidence is captured according to auditor requirements.
Provides immediate support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents linked to SAP security.
Complies with Information Management standards for system documentation including change management records.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
.Strong technical knowledge of SAP and the configuration related to SAP security and compliance
.Ability to measure and report IT compliance and internal control findings and to communicate the risk associated with those gaps
.Ability to learn quickly and apply compliance standards to daily work
.Successful at holding others accountable to deliver against commitments
.Strong oral and written communications skills
.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple high priority small projects
Job Requirements:
.Bachelors Degree required
.Minimum 2 years with SAP ECC 6.0 in a technical role such as auditing SAP for compliance, SAP system support or similar
.Experience with the SAP GRC v5.3 or higher is required
.Experience developing or reviewing system documentation requirements for quality is preferred
.Experience with SAP BPC and Business Intelligence is preferred
